1 queen bed. The smallest room — medium closet with dresser inside. Shares a hallway bath with Bedroom Three.
Our basement movie room flexes into a bedroom with a queen pull-out. A legal bedroom w/ basement egress, ensuite bath.
Currently a gym (free weights, bands, bike, bench). Can also be set up as an office or kids' playroom.
